Designed in 1988, the Sensilla is one of the late Artist's most celebrated pieces and is housed in both the collections of the MAKK, Cologne Museum of Applied Arts and the Deutschen Architekturmuseum, Frankfurt. ⁠ An important figure in “Neues deutsches Design” [New German Design] movement of the 1980's, Siebrasse began making furniture at the age of 16 and continued to make works until his passing in 2025.
